Power Brushes
Power Brushes break down into a number of groups depending on the application and manufacturing process. The fill material could be Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Bronze, Nickel Silver, Tampico, horse hair, nylon and polypropylene. Wire may be staight or crimped. Most power brushes may be encapuslated with a synthetic elastomer.
Wheel Brushes are circular in shape and generally no wider than 2". They vary in diameter for 2" to 15".
Small Diameter Brushes include mounted on shanks of 3/32" or 1/8". The heads are in the shapes of end, cup and wheel brushes. Fill material are animal hair, nylon or fine wire.
End Brushes are from diameter of 1/2" to 1-1/8". They are available in knot type, solid wire, banded, pencil.
Stem Mounted Brushes come in a wide varity of shapes for light to heavy duty work in odd places. Diameters range from 1/2" to 4". They are mounted on a 1/4" shank.
Cup Brushes are 2.5" to 6" in diameter and are available in crimped wire or knot type.
Misc Shapes include arbor hole adaptors, drive arbors, arbor adaptors
